Aromatics of rich caramel and vanilla rise from the glass, turning to a hint of lemon brulee. That first introduction on the palate greets you with lush tropical intensity, toasted coconut and vanilla cream. This vintage is balanced with a backbone of lemon, pineapple and apricot all elevated by racy acidity. Then from that kiss of oak comes a deep, creamy finish. 225 cases bottled May 25, 2011.
